   starting point: Kasern-Heilig Geist_and over the Plauener Hütte to the summit an back
   ice equipment is required
   
   
2. Grossvenediger (3674 m) 2-day trip
   first day: Kasern-Birnlücke-Krimmler Törl-Grossvenediger-Kürsinger Hütte
   traveltime: approx. 13-14 hours
   day two: Kürsinger Hütte-Maurer Törl-over Maurerkees up to the easterly Simonyspitze-crossing over of the westerly Simonyspitze: descend on the Simonykees-climbng up rear of Umbaltörl-Kasern
   travel time: 10 to 11 hours
   ice equipment is required
   
   
3. Zillerplattenspitze (3147 m)
   height differential: 2300 m
   travel time: 11-12 hours
   starting point: Kasern-ascend Heilig Geist Jöchel – departure until seebl (2980 m)-ascend Zillerplattenscharte-summit-departure over Eissee- ascend Dreiecker-departure Schöntal-Prastmann
